Caps for a Cause - all about

Ok, so...
It's been a while since I posted, and even longer since I talked about Caps for a Cause.  If you'll think back a couple of posts...I make small plastic pins!  Those pins are actually made from recycled bottle caps.

Why so expensive?  Well, Caps for a Cause donates to a program here on base called TNR (Trap Neuter Release) that captures the stray, feral cats around here.  It's great.  Anyway, for every cap sold, a dollar is donated to Caps for a Cause.

What is for sale?

Right now, I've just opened up shop, but Lemon Zinger Crafts already has opened up!!!  Here is the stuff currently for sale.  If you want to reserve something, just comment below.  Also, about the pins.  Why so expensive?

Those pins are part of my other small business, C4C, aka Caps for a Cause.  For every pin bought, a dollar is donated to an animal shelter!  Please consider buying one.

Caps For A Cause (READ!!!)

As some of you know,
I have recently started a new business called Caps for a Cause.  The purpose of this business:  raise money for shelter animals.  How?  We take any donated bottle caps (the plastic ones like from water bottles, milk jugs, orange juice cartons, or gatorade bottles) and make them into pins.  Each of these hand-made and decorated pins cost $2 and 95¢ of that goes in the donation jar.

Q:  What does it stand for?
A:  Caps For a Cause

A:  A thrift shop/charity drive.

Q:  What does it do?
A:  (In order:)

1. Collects used bottle caps
2. Hand-paint and decorate them
3. Resell them
4. Give half of that money (from the used and hand-painted caps) and give it to an animal shelter so a lost pet can have a home.

Q:  How can I help?

A:  Right now, just donate your bottle caps!  Plastic ones please (from store-bought water bottles, milk and orange juice cartons, etc.)  Put them in a ziplock and give them to me whenever you can.  Thank you for your support and time.
