The Daily News! Today is July 16, 2013. We have a special report, coming in live from Still-To-Be-Named Estates, by our reporter Mary Falcon!
"Hi, I'm Mary Falcon, calling in here from Still-To-Be-Named Estates. Despite the insistent off-and-on rain today, we've seen an extraordinary amount of activity...."...To be exact, humming bird activity! There have been nine recorded visits to the Estate's humming bird feeder and surrounding area. The small birds (about three inches) are said to be black-chinned humming birds and only come here for the spring and summer during their mating season. A correspondent of mine actually caught these stunning birds on video! Now, to the weather report." ~Mary Falcon, News Reporter~
It's only going to get hotter now! We're looking at a week in the mid 90˙s. The weather prediction for tomorrow is more thunderstorms like today, and if I'm correct, off-and-on rain. After that, through Sunday will be sunny with some clouds. The highest temperature this week will be 97˙ and a low of 72˙. And that's your weather report for today!
Thanks for reading, this has been the Daily News!
Before I go, all my fabulous readers, I want you to read this cute little limerick. I made it up for school two or three years ago. I hope you like it!
There once was a little grass seed,
Who floated downstream on a reed,
Alas the stream was a circle,
And the seed turned quite purple,
Trying to commit such a deed.
Well? Do you like it? Post your limericks if you want!

I have also done a poem that makes fun of Jabberwoky. I call it: Leggerwoky. Oh, and the name of the poem above is The Grass Seed that Couldn't Hold It's Breath.
I love hummingbirds! We have seen quite a few this year too! Poem sounds awesome!
